Location: Maple Cross, RickmansworthHours: Perm, full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join us as a Site Agent on one of Thames Water's most significant infrastructure upgrades at Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works. This major scheme will play a vital role in increasing treatment capacity, improving environmental performance and strengthening long-term resilience for the region. It's an opportunity to be part of a high-profile project that combines complex civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineering challenges with meaningful outcomes for customers, communities and the environment. This is a rare chance to take ownership of a critical section of works on a project designed for the future.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the Thames Water team, supporting them in delivering exceptional outcomes on this major infrastructure project. Your day to day will include:

-Leading the safe and efficient execution of a key section of works, creating a culture where health, safety and wellbeing are at the heart of every decision

-Inspiring and empowering site teams, supply chain partners and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results through collaboration and shared purpose

-Driving programme performance through proactive planning and effective resource management, ensuring milestones are achieved

-Translating complex design information into practical delivery solutions, providing clear direction and technical leadership to site teams

-Coaching and supporting the development of engineers and supervisors, helping to build the next generation of industry talent

You have an HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree (or demonstrable equivalent experience) in civil engineering discipline

-You have practical experience working on infrastructure or wastewater construction projects, with a focus on engineering assurance

-You have the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and design packages

-You hold a valid CSCS card and Full driving licence

-You have excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software
