Full Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our UK major projects division, initially on a highways scheme in Bromsgrove. You'll provide day-to-day administration, cost capture and record-keeping to support the Senior Project Manager and Site Agents, ensuring compliant, efficient delivery and strong client/stakeholder relationships while promoting the One Colas approach. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 9 months., You'll manage site records and document control, complete system entries, and raise purchase orders and contract numbers in line with procurement rules. You will update insurance records, reconcile plant/equipment allocations into Colas cost systems, assist the Quantity Surveyor with supplier cost data, handle general office ordering and admin tasks (printing, filing, telephone enquiries), and support reporting and compliance activities. The role requires flexibility to cover other duties as needed and to work safely in accordance with risk assessments.

You'll have at least one year's administration experience, strong ICT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with order processing. Expereince with invoice handling would be advantageous. The right person is organised, customer-focussed, adaptable and able to work independently or in a team, with good communication skills.
