Candidates must be located in the North West region, with a strong preference for those based in or around Greater Manchester. Like being out meeting people rather than stuck behind a desk? We're building a nationwide parcel locker network, and we need people who thrive on finding opportunities, starting conversations, and turning a "maybe" into a signed agreement. This is a proper field role with visible results - you'll literally be able to point at lockers and say "I did that." You'll be part of a team that's right at the sharp end of Royal Mail's transformation. About the Role
- Find and approach potential hosts for Royal Mail lockers
- Have conversations, build relationships, and get buy in on the ground
- Negotiate site agreements and secure signed deals
- Work with internal teams to get lockers installed and live
- Sort issues quickly so sites don't stall
- Keep on top of your pipeline and hit clear targets
- Represent Royal Mail in a professional, straightforward way
You've worked in field sales, site acquisition, or business development - You're comfortable knocking on doors and starting conversations
- You're motivated by targets and the buzz of getting a deal over the line
- You manage your own time well and don't need chasing
- You build rapport easily with a wide range of people
- You're organised enough to juggle multiple sites at once
- Experience counts more than qualifications
