Are you an experienced NICU qualified nurse looking for an exciting career opportunity? We are currently looking to recruit dynamic nurses to join our neonatal retrieval team., You will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer. Team working ability and leadership skills will be used to ensure safe and effective delivery of the service for staff, parents and babies according to the CUH Trust values and behaviours., CUH is committed to assisting employees in achieving a good work-life balance irrespective of role or personal circumstances. - First Level Registration
- Neonatal Critical Care qualification
- Teaching / mentorship qualification
- Neonatal Life Support Course
- Safeguarding level 3 (A), Enhanced Nursing Skills Qualification (ENP)
- Degree in relevant health related subject
- Leadership qualification, Tertiary level neonatal nursing experience
- Shift leader experience
- Transferring infants between departments internally
- Experience of being involved in governance processes which help to develop the service and measure, Experience of surgical neonatal nursing
- Transferring infants externally
- NHS experience, Awareness of professional issues
