We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 7 Neonatal Sister/Charge Nurse who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey within an innovative and supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality neonatal care and make a meaningful difference to babies and their families across our community.   • To have joint responsibility with other Unit Sisters for the operational management and service delivery processes within the Neonatal , Special Care and TC Unit. This includes line management of all ward staff, managing and monitoring resources within a defined budget and contributing to the corporate agenda.
  • To lead and promote a quality service using research and evidence based practice including the setting and monitoring of clinical standards.
  • To act as the clinical lead nurse within the unit on a shift basis. To ensure safe staffing across the Neonatal and Paediatric units.
  • Rotation onto night , day shifts and weekends
  • Bed Flow and acuity throughout the unit.
