Have a passion for acute respiratory nursing
Experience with Non-Invasive Ventilation
Have the potential for leadership skills and possess mentorship skills and knowledge
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well within a MDT as well as individually
Have some knowledge or experience in audits and IQP change projects and recognise the need for improvement work
Familiar with Health Roster and NHSP as well as the new HIVE system
Skilled at day to day shift coordinating, supporting and mentoring junior staff and escalating changing in patients needs accordingly and communicating in the MDT daily board rounds., Disability Confident
