Full Job Description

We are looking for experienced band 6 nurse to support and lead our staff and patients a like. To join our diverse range of staff who are skilled inappropriate management of patients, supporting them to remain in the community setting, whilst also escalating as appropriate to ensure their safety. We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our growing team and to lead and provide this continued level of care to our patients. BHFT actively encourages the development of our staff, and as a result our team of RNs have the opportunity to follow the career path suitable to them . Unfortunately, we are unable to recruit overseas applicants who require relocation or OSCE for NMC registration thought this post. We are looking for nurses that are flexible and can cover shifts over a 24 hour, 7 day a week service.Main duties of the job

  • Responsible for the assessment of care needs, development and implementation ofpatient centered care. Promoting independence and safe dischargehome.
  • Lead in our Nurse led unit, especially during out of hours shifts.
  • Shift work and shift management, working with junior members of staff in all aspects of patient care,participatingin training and support.
