Sister / Charge Nurse

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic band 6 nurse to join our established Christie at Home service in a part time capacity. The service delivers SACT treatments across Greater Manchester in patients' homes. We currently deliver 11 different SACT treatments and are looking to expand on this in the future.The successful candidate will be flexible and motivated and be willing to be involved in the development of this exciting initiative., The role will involve travelling from the main site in Withington to patients' home across Greater Manchester and Cheshire to administer treatments. The successful candidate will also spend time in the week based at the main site on preparatory work in advance of home visits.

Those who apply should demonstrate a genuine interest in the delivery of Systemic Anti cancer Treatments (SACT) in the home care setting. You will require a minimum of 24 months relevant nursing experience, have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and be a good team player. You will be lone working when out treating patients.

You must hold a full, clean UK driving license.
