We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our experienced Senior Nursing Team within the Emergency Department. The successful applicants will work closely with a Band 7 Senior Sister to deliver high standards of patient care and provide robust support to staff across the unit.This role offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.,
- Has an NMC registration
- Has undertaken a course in trauma nursing
- Has undertaken an academic nursing qualification at least level 6 Desirable
- Has actively participated in an improvement within the department
- Has completed datix responses
- Has undertaken an academic nursing qualification at least level 7 Experience Essential
- 5 Years post PIN experience in a large Emergency Department
- 3 Years senior nurse experience
- Leadership experience
- Is competent in all areas of emergency nursing Person Specification Education and Qualifications Essential
- Has an NMC registration
