Full Job Description
Sexual Health requires an administrator to work in our Sexual Health Service covering all aspects of clerical, administration, reception and answering telephone in the single point call centre., 1.To operate and provide a complete telecommunications service using the Single Point of Access (SPA) system, act as Clinic Receptionist and undertake admin/clerical duties
2. To receive calls from the public network and deal with them in a courteous, efficient and effective manner, including systems initiated by people who are hard of hearing and/or may have other communication barriers.
3. To access and interpret information provided by the caller and take appropriate action.
4. To make appointments for the service users for the appropriate clinics.
5. To cancel/rebook patient appointments appropriately on Lilie
6. To supply condoms to clients at their request.
7. To update and record information provided by service users on a daily basis utilizing the SPA and EPR system.
This person is required to have excellent communication and administration skills and able to cope with excessive demands and work in a busy clinical environment proving all necessary clerical support to the team.
