Main purpose of the role
Simmons Adaptive is keen to hear from junior - mid-level structured finance lawyers who are interested in supporting a client at Simmons & Simmons. This is expected to be a full-time role (with three days in the London office) for 4 months. The consultant will handle a full range of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.
Person specification
- You are a qualified lawyer with structured finance experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- You are a junior - mid-level lawyer.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- You can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You are required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
