Full Job Description

Signs Express Exeter & Plymouth is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the signage production department, from design handover through fabrication, finishing and installation. The role combines supervision with hands-on sign making and site surveys to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.

You will lead and support the production and installation teams, plan schedules, and coordinate with internal teams to optimise workflows while maintaining safety and standards.
