Full Job Description
- Carry out cleaning duties across public areas, including entrances, corridors, toilets, lifts, and stairwells.
- Replenish consumables in toilets and other designated areas
- Empty bins, replace liners, and manage waste disposal following site procedures.
- Perform scheduled cleaning tasks and respond to ad-hoc cleaning needs.
- This is a physically demanding job and includes some outdoor work
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with training and COSHH guidelines.
You will play a vital role in keeping the shopping centre clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors and tenants. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence., Previous cleaning experience in a retail or public-facing environment. - Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Experience using floor machines (e.g. scrubber dryers, buffers).
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings if required.
- Work cooperatively with site security and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

We have 2 x part-time temporary-to-permanent roles available, both at 15 hours per week, working the following shift patterns; Cleaner 1 - Friday 1 pm to 9 pm & Sunday 11.30 am to 6.30 pm Cleaner 2 - Friday 10.30 am to 6 pm & Saturday 10.30 am to 6.30 pm With the opportunity to pick up extra shifts to cover for holidays and sickness While working on the temporary contract, this role pays weekly. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to monthly pay.
