Were looking for a confident and hands-on Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day running of one of our busy retail shops. Youll be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a welcoming, well-presented shop that customers want to return to. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities to improve performance, and building strong relationships within the local community all while contributing to a cause that makes a real difference., As Shop Manager, you will: Deliver sales and profit targets through effective shop management Plan, monitor, and control shop income and expenditure Create attractive displays and maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation Manage stock levels, ensuring quality donations are maximised and processed efficiently Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff and volunteers, including recruitment and training Ensure excellent customer service at all times Promote the shop locally and build relationships with the community, businesses, and supporters Oversee Gift Aid processes and maximise conversion opportunities Maintain compliance with health & safety, security, and organisational procedures Manage administrative tasks, including banking, reporting, and record-keeping
