Full Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the receipt, storage and shipment of materials, ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery within a safe warehouse environment. You will work closely with Quality Control and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies and maintain precise documentation in the ERP system. The position supports on-time shipment and efficient material handling to underpin production and logistics. You will operate safely, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in warehousing processes. Pay / Benefits
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect goods for damage and conformance; liaise with Quality Control Record receipts in ERP and maintain accurate inventory records Label, store, and manage materials in designated locations Report discrepancies and maintain documentation Deliver materials to operational areas and process paperwork Prepare customer orders and internal transfers; verify before despatch Generate shipping documents and coordinate with freight carriers Track shipments and resolve delivery issues; ensure on-time shipping Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; comply with safety policies Support material replenishment and stock rotation Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate status to stakeholders Tasks Ability to lift and move materials up to company-specified weight limits Ability to work independently and in a team Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Experience in warehouse, receiving, shipping, or logistics operations Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes Manual handling experience Proficiency with ERP systems, WMS, and Microsoft Office Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Key requirements
