to team members - Producing incident reports, shift logs and operational reports - Maximising plant availability, efficiency and reliability - Completing effective shift handovers at the beginning and end of each shift - Promoting operational competency and continuous improvement within the shift team What are we looking for? - Extensive and demonstrable operational experience within the power generation sector - Experience working in demanding and fast-paced operational environments - Knowledge of environmental permits, health and safety legislation, safety rules and outage management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels - A highly motivated, results-driven approach - The ability to remain calm and provide consistent leadership in challenging situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Computer literacy and confidence using IT
