As Duty Manager at the Centurion, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS DUTY MANAGER YOU'LL…

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life's memorable moments.
• Strive towards and achieve business targets.
