Shift manager - rada cafe - London

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our cafe during your assigned shifts. Your main duties will include:

• Supervising and motivating our team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are consistently met.
• Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till reconciliation.
• Overseeing stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
• Training new staff and supporting ongoing development of the team.
