Shift Manager @ Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre

DCLT are looking for an Shift Manager to work alongside the Management team in delivering a fantastic guest journey from start to finish at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre. This is an exciting time to join the team at the venue as we prepare for our season for 2026

The shift management team are responsible for ensuring every part of delivery is to the highest standard across the campsite, catering and retail outlets If you are passionate about customer service and are looking for professional development we are keen to hear from you.

The successful applicants will have a experience, good communication skills with the ability to lead a diversely skilled team to achieve the highest standards of experience..

We are seeking qualified people, ideally with a Personal Licence , Min Level 2 Food Hygiene There is a clear training programme available for the right candidate who may not have all the professional qualities.

As an Shift Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation with a focus on Campsite, Retail & Hospitality areas and work across a rota pattern that responds to seasonal business needs.

Important for the role is the ability to be flexible and to exhibit professional and a welcoming approach to all endeavours. You will be conscientious and demonstrate a pro-active approach to yours and other's health and safety.

Salary: £27589 per annum
Hours: Average of 37hrs per week (Annualised Hours Agreement). Shifts are a mixture of days, evenings and weekends with a minimum of 2 rest days per week
