- Oversee the running of the recycling operation
- Ensure that the site is utilising resource effectively, monitoring headcount, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

- Get involved with performance management, KPI monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Shift Manager to join us at our Equipment Management operation in Erith, supporting our customer, Asda. This is a fast paced, busy operation handling all returned products and equipment from their stores, it's all about recycling and reuse! This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06:00 till 18:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £38,000.00 per annum and 22 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).
