As a Shift Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action-leading the team, serving our iconic food, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
• Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities
• Motivating, coaching, and training team members
• Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
• Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
• Creating a fun, high-energy environment for both team and guests
  
  A lead-from-the-front attitude with a fun, vibrant work ethic
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Confidence with compliance and safety standards
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
