Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available., Holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank Holidays)

You will be responsible for

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.

Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.

Confidently leading the store in the Managers absence.

Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.

Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.

Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
