Working across our busy and vibrant sports centres, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe daily operation of our facilities.

Whether you're already experienced or ready to step up, we'll give you the support you need to progress into Duty Manager roles and beyond., Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of centre operations.
Oversee poolside supervision and lifeguard teams, maintaining the highest safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and support front-line staff.
Open and close the centre, acting as a keyholder and point of contact.
Support group bookings, events, and community activities.
Assist with training new team members and maintain a positive team environment.
Be prepared to step into Duty Manager responsibilities when required.

RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to undertake further training, including:
First Aid at Work
Pool Plant Operator certification
Commitment to attending a 2-hour training session monthly (paid additionally)
