- Week 1: 06:00-15:00

We're looking for a Shift Supervisor - Electrical Bias who will lead Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in delivering a multi-skilled maintenance service across HV and LV systems, ensuring compliance with statutory, mandatory, and safety requirements. Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise Mechanical and Electrical Engineers delivering multi-skilled maintenance across HV and LV disciplines.
- Oversee High Voltage and Low Voltage switching operations following Mitie Safe Systems of Work.
- Attend and successfully pass a recognised High Voltage Appointed Persons Course (mandatory for the role).
- Complete in-house training to provide cover for the Facilities Management Service Co-ordinator when required.
- Manage your team, perform maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installations to maintain plant reliability and performance.
- Ensure all KPIs are achieved and engage with contractors or external suppliers as needed.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and produce timely reports.
- Work to high company standards, reporting deficiencies that may affect safety, service delivery, or the environment.
- Ensure all work (your own and your team's) is completed safely, diligently, and professionally. Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Appropriate and up-to-date training certificate such as AM2.
- 2391 Test and Inspect qualification.
