Your Mission: As our Senior Shift Engineer, you'll be the guardian of our hotel's technical soul. From ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art systems to leading a team of engineers with precision and pride, your role is vital in keeping our luxury promise alive - 24/7. What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of shift engineers to deliver excellence in maintenance and safety.
• Oversee the operation and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond swiftly to guest and operational needs with a calm, can-do attitude.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
  
  Proven experience in a similar engineering role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
