Shift Engineer

As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, ensuring that guest bedrooms are well-maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition., Career Growth: We foster growth and development within our team by offering additional training and support to help achieve our company's goals and objectives. Whether it's overseeing routine maintenance or responding to urgent requests, you'll be part of a team of 10 Shift engineers, Responsible for keeping the hotel running smoothly.

Essential Skills:

• 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role.
• A relevant trade qualification or training
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
• Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
• Experience with maintenance management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable Skills (Not required but a plus):
• Certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related fields.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Multi-site management experience.
