ROLE: Shift Electrical Engineer HOURS: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) - 4 days 7am-7pm, 4 days off, 4 nights 7pm-7am, 4 days off LOCATION: Hounslow At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer who will maintain plant and equipment, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service within a fast-paced environment. Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant and equipment associated with the building's mechanical and electrical systems.
- Complete both planned and reactive works efficiently and in line with contract and legal requirements.
- Deliver a high-quality service and uphold strong safety standards.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks appropriately and completing documentation accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements, including participation in training and appraisals. Required Qualifications:
- Qualified engineering background - C&G 2392 or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with strong safety awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM systems.
- Inquisitive and challenging mindset with the ability to work within a rotating shift pattern. What's in it for you?
