Shift Controller

Pay Rate: £26,851.07 + overtime is paid at 1.5x hourly rate Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (flexibility is required to cover other times from time to time) Location: - Burton on Trent Think you know DHL? We're now looking for a Shift Controller to support with Driver dispatch and general administration duties. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Coordinating and dispatching drivers, ensuring all routes are efficiently covered
• Handling incoming calls, primarily from drivers needing support or updates
• Communicating with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
• Completing general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift
• Providing debrief support for drivers when required, including reviewing completed routes and issues
