In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of delivering sexual health promotion and outreach screening services across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Working in a variety of community settings, venues and events, you will engage with individuals who may face barriers to accessing healthcare, helping to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive high-quality sexual health information, advice and support. As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive sexual health service, supporting some of the region's most vulnerable and underserved communities. Your work will play a vital role in reducing health inequalities, increasing access to care, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their sexual health and wellbeing. • Full driving licence with the use of own vehicle and able to travel between locations
