Set-Up & Stock Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Set-Up & Stock Assistant to join our set-up and stock team. This role will work primarily across our set-up and pack-down days, supporting the preparation, organisation, and smooth running of each sale. The role requires someone with a strong understanding of stockrooms, stock organisation and replenishment, who is comfortable working as part of a large team and taking direction from different members of Management. The Set-Up & Stock Assistant will work closely with the wider setup, stock and management teams to ensure stock is accurately organised, the stockroom is prepared for trade and the shop floor can be efficiently replenished when required. Every sale is different, so the role will vary depending on the brand, stock volume and requirements of the event. It is a fast-paced and physical role, often working to tight deadlines and requiring heavy lifting. What the Set-Up & Stock Assistant will be doing:

• Work as part of the wider setup and stock team across setup and packdown days.
• Support with deliveries, moving, sorting and organising stock.
• Help prepare and maintain an organised stockroom for each sale.
• Count and organise stock accurately and efficiently.
• Support the setup of the shop floor and ensure stock is ready for trade.
• Assist with replenishment during sale days where required.
• Follow direction from different members of Management and work effectively within the wider team.
• Move between different tasks as required depending on the needs of the sale.
• Communicate clearly with Management and team members throughout the day.
• Help maintain an organised and efficient stockroom during busy trading periods.
• Support with packdown, including organising and preparing stock for removal or storage.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, stockroom, warehouse, fashion or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of stockroom organisation and stock flow.
• Experience with stock replenishment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working as part of a large and varied team.
• Able to take direction from multiple members of Management.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to adapt quickly to different tasks and changing requirements.
• Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Shows initiative while understanding when to ask for direction.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and being on your feet for extended periods.
