Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Sports Coach (Specialising in Volleyball/Hockey/E-Sports - Rocket League/Golf) to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College. Loughborough College is renowned as a Centre of Excellence for Sport, Exercise and Fitness. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to work within our Sport Department, with a specific focus on our Volleyball/Hockey/Multisport Academy program.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery, management, and quality assurance of our Volleyball Academy Programme. Relevant coaching qualifications and experience working with student-athletes are key requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality and challenging coaching and learning experiences that support the holistic development of student-athletes.
- To design and implement sport-specific technical, tactical, physical, and personal development programs.
- To align sport-specific technical, tactical, physical, and personal development programs with the academy's performance objectives.

- Relevant coaching qualifications
- Experience working with student-athletes
- Experience in elite sport and coaching within this sector
