Summary

Are you an experienced people leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams, delivering excellent outcomes and leading through change?

We're looking for an Evidence Services Senior Team Leader to join our Evidence Services Leadership Cohort. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a geographically dispersed team delivering high-quality fluvial hydraulic and hydrology modelling outputs at scale.

Your leadership will help ensure we provide high-quality services that enable better environmental decision-making and support the Environment Agency's strategic priorities.

You'll lead, coach and develop a team of between 8 to 12 specialists, creating the conditions for them to succeed and deliver their best work. Working closely with colleagues across Evidence Services, you'll help balance demand and resources, maintain strong customer relationships and continually improve the way we work. You will also be expected to play a leadership role not just within Evidence Services but across our wider Digital, Data, and Evidence (DDE) function, through ownership of a portfolio or similar initiative.
