Services Allocations Team Member - National

We're looking for a Business Operations Support Officer to join our new Evidence Services Business Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role supporting the delivery of critical operational services, helping ensure work is accurately coordinated, tracked and completed efficiently.

You'll provide essential workflow administration and service coordination, maintaining information that helps teams understand priorities, monitor progress and deliver against service commitments. Working closely with colleagues across Evidence Services, you'll help keep work moving smoothly, ensuring systems and records remain accurate and up to date.

You'll support customers and colleagues by responding to routine enquiries, coordinating information and helping identify issues that may affect delivery. You'll also contribute to improving processes and ways of working as we continue to develop our services.
