Job Description The ServiceNow Architect is accountable for the design, structure, and long-term health of the platform. This role ensures solutions are scalable, aligned to business outcomes, and built correctly from the start to avoid rework and technical debt. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform
  • Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and governance
  • Ensure platform health, performance, and upgrade readiness
  • Act as the technical lead on client demand and internal initiatives
  • Design and oversee integrations (Azure, AWS, third-party systems)
  • Guide the adoption of AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow
  • Translate business requirements into structured, deliverable solutions
  • Balance short-term delivery (MVP) with long-term platform strategy
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and future team members
  • Required Experience
  • Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules
  • Proven delivery of scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
  • Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures
  • Experience designing and delivering integrations (REST APIs, cloud platforms)
  • Experience managing platform upgrades, performance, and technical debt
  • Practical experience applying AI capabilities within ServiceNow
  • Ability to operate as the senior technical authority in a small team
  • Data foundations - mandatory
  • Certified technical architect - desirable
