Full Job Description

Hours/ working pattern: Seasonal, flexible, weekends. This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can't guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We'll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekends and Bank Holidays but does not require evening or split shifts., Reporting to a remote Welcome Manager you'll be part of a team of between 2 - 4 people who Welcome visitors to the beach car park during our busy Summer months. You will direct them to parking spaces upon arrival, assist with them making their car parking payments, and also help sign them up for membership if they wish to join the National Trust . What you'll be doing The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you're needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors. You'll also be on hand to resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful way. Tasks could include welcoming visitors,picking litter, directing cars to spare spaces, and answering questions about how to use our parking machines and parking apps.
