ROLE: Service Support ManagerHOURS: 40hrs per week | Mon - FriLOCATION: Reading

We're looking for an organised and proactive Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards across our Cleaning & Environmental Services contracts, ensuring SLA requirements, cleaning specifications and compliance procedures are consistently met.
Role Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong working relationships with contract clients, providing a professional and responsive service.
-Visit multiple sites to complete audit inspections and monitor performance against SLAs and agreed cleaning specifications.
-Manage day-to-day employee performance and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are followed.
-Oversee service delivery across multiple contracts in line with company policies and procedures.
-Ensure full compliance with HR, QHSE, Right to Work, vetting and wider compliance requirements.
Strong people management experience, with the ability to support and manage employees across multiple locations.
-Confident communication and proven customer or client service experience.
-Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
-Good IT literacy, particularly across Microsoft Office applications.
-A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, with a company car provided; an IOSH Health & Safety qualification is desirable.
