The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven sales leader who can transform and elevate service sales across EMEAI. You will take ownership of driving growth across service contracts, renewals and upgrades, while repositioning service from a reactive function to a trusted, revenue-generating partner. We are looking for someone who brings energy, credibility and passion for building a service-led commercial culture.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the transformation of service sales across a multi-country region
- Own and deliver revenue growth across service contracts
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on expansion and retention
- Lead and inspire a team of Service Sales Specialists (UK & Germany)
- Drive a shift to proactive, value-led service selling
- Build strong customer, OEM and partner relationships
- Navigate complex markets including France, Germany, UK, Italy and Spain
- Use CRM and data insights to improve forecasting and pipeline
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed service commercially

Experience
- Sales leadership in capital equipment or technical environments
- Strong track record in service or after-sales revenue growth
- Experience leading international teams
- Exposure to scientific instrumentation (EM, Raman, NMR desirable)
- Proven ability to drive commercial transformation
Capabilities & Style
- Highly sales-oriented with strong closing ability
- Able to position service as a value-led commercial offering
- Inspires and engages teams
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- comfortable in complex, evolving markets
