Working closely with internal services and external stakeholders, you will ensure that transactions are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in support of the Council's strategic objectives.Key responsibilities include:Managing a programme of acquisitions, disposals and development negotiations.Leading complex property transactions and development opportunities.Identifying opportunities to generate income and deliver value for money.Building strong relationships with partners, developers and investors.About YouWe are looking for experienced and forward-thinking leaders who can demonstrate:Significant experience in a property, estates or asset management environment.Strong leadership and people
