Service Manager (Street Legal)

At St Mungo s, we re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to drive our Street Legal Service - supporting people experiencing homelessness to access the legal help they need to rebuild their lives. This is a unique opportunity to lead an innovative, multi-disciplinary service that sits at the intersection of homelessness support and legal advice. What you ll do:

• Shape and lead the strategic direction of the Street Legal Service, including our GLA-funded Immigration Link Worker programme, legal advice provision, and Link Workers across London and Bristol
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring services are impactful, responsive, and centred on client needs
• Build and strengthen partnerships with local authorities, rough sleeping services, immigration advisers, and the wider migrant sector
• Drive better pathways out of homelessness for people with legal needs, influencing systems and practice across the sector
• Champion best practice, delivering training and expert advice to professionals working with people experiencing homelessness
This role is primarily based at our Head Office, with occasional travel across London and Bristol to support your team and partners.

• A strong understanding of the challenges facing non-UK nationals experiencing homelessness, including the policy and practice landscape
• A track record of building effective, influential partnerships across housing, homelessness and immigration sectors
• Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to deliver high-quality services
• A passion for improving systems and making a tangible difference in people s lives
