Service Manager - Neurodevelopmental Services

We are recruiting a Service Manager to provide operational leadership across the neurodevelopmental portfolio. Working closely with clinical leads, you will oversee service delivery, capacity and demand management, and ensure achievement of quality, performance, financial and contractual targets.,

• Run the day-to-day operations of the neurodevelopmental services (adult and children's ADHD, autism and related), developing detailed expert knowledge of the portfolio and delegating to admin team leaders.
• Proactively manage capacity and demand using clinic data, keeping within waiting-time KPIs and minimising wasted slots.
• Work with clinical leads on rotas, risks and issues, and embed effective communication channels (weekly meetings, MDTs with standardised agendas and data packs).
• Develop and maintain SOPs and support the rollout and monitoring of digital/automated pathways.
• Act as a key point of contact for external parties (clinical workforce, referring practices, PCNs, ICBs, trusts, community children's services, VCSEs) and prepare weekly operational reports., Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
• Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
• A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
• Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
• Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
