Service Manager (Harrogate) - The Wilf Ward Family Trust

Are you an experienced, values-led leader passionate about delivering person-centred care? We're looking for a Service Manager to lead and inspire teams across our Harrogate services, ensuring high-quality, innovative support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of services, promoting a positive culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and digital engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real difference to people's lives., Lead, develop and motivate teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support
Ensure services meet all regulatory and contractual standards
Use data to drive service improvements and champion digital solutions
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and professionals
What You'll Bring

NVQ Level 3 (essential) and willingness to complete Level 5
Experience in a social care management role
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and sector best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
This role includes one weekend in four and occasional night work, along with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
