Full Job Description
- Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
- Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target delivery
- Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
- Managing departmental budgets and driving profitability
- Working closely with the Head of Business and senior team to improve overall site performance
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager - Proven track record of delivering strong financial and operational performance
- A results-driven leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Automotive / motor trade experience is essential
