Service Manager Wanted at Motus Commercials, the largest DAF Trucks Dealer Group in Europe and Largest independent commercial vehicle dealer group in the UK! Location: Frome Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm What will you be doing: Ensuring the Regional Service Departmental profit budget is exceeded MOT first time pass rates >98.00% Meet all or exceed manufacturer targets Proactively manage Regional Service provisions Deliver sustainable profitable growth
Leadership skills Clear vision in achieving business goals Excellent communication written and verbal Ability to motivate and inspire others Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Good eye for detail in recognising opportunities to drive the succession of the Service business DAF knowledge an advantage
