As Sussex House Day Opportunities Manager, you will lead and develop a large multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and innovative support services. You will work closely with senior leadership to grow and enhance the service, maintain regulatory compliance and create a positive culture focused on empowerment, dignity and inclusion. This role combines operational leadership, team development, quality assurance, compliance and strategic service growth., Leadership & Service Management:
• Lead, motivate and manage a large staff team

Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements

• Ensure care plans, reviews and risk assessments are current and outcome-focused
• Manage complaints, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Resource & Budget Management:
• Manage delegated budgets effectively
• Ensure services are appropriately staffed and resourced
• Monitor operational performance and financial expenditure

• PBS Support Worker -Rosewood
Working closely with people we support a key part of your role. Within our PBS services we need to ensure that there is a high level on understanding of each individual's needs. Allowing us to ensure they are living the most independent and active life possible. Some of the people we support have specific guidelines in place that need to be followed, this allows them to understand their day and develop independent living skills, with limited distress to the individual.

• Support Worker - Residential (Fern)
Fern is a registered care service providing accommodation for individuals on the autistic spectrum and with complex behaviours. This two storey house has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area that aims to provide a calming and relaxing atmosphere. All six bedrooms are on the first floor, together with two bathrooms. Fern has a conservatory which leads onto a spacious outside decking area with stunning views of the rural surrounds. • Support Worker - Supported Living and Outreach
Our Supported Living Services support adults of all ages with autism spectrum conditions and other learning disabilities or related complex support needs. As a Support Worker in our Supported Living Homes, you will work as part of a strong and dedicated team, playing a big role in the support we give those that live there throughout their day to day lives.

Essential:
• Previous management experience within health and social care or residential services
• Strong knowledge of autism, learning disabilities, mental capacity and safeguarding
• Experience managing investigations, HR processes and disciplinary matters
• Understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate, develop and support teams
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Full clean driving licence
Desirable:
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
• Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern
• Experience writing support plans, risk assessments and behavioural guidelines
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
