Job Description

We're seeking a Service Lead for ASB and Fraud to provide high level coordination and strategic direction on tenancy fraud, Anti-Social Behaviour, Domestic Abuse and legal action for tenancy enforcement.

As well as setting the strategic direction for managing tenancy Fraud and ASB, the post holder will ensure timely and accurate performance reports are provided to senior managers. The Service Lead for ASB and Fraud will be responsible for delivering a strategic compliance and audit service aligned to tenancy fraud for Clarion cases and will ensure a consistent, cost-effective, responsive and proportionate approach is in place to tackle ASB in all Clarion regions.
