Full Job Description

  • Proactively managing technical service delivery, working with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Leading service review activities, including improvement planning and performance reporting
  • Supporting delivery against agreed SLAs
  • Leading initiatives for the ongoing improvements of customer service frameworks
  • Supporting the operations team to develop SaaS based service modules for the product portfolio
  • Ensuring successful service onboarding
  • Working in partnership with customers and internal teams to understand technical implementations

    Experience in a technical service delivery role working in a product development organisation
  • Experience in technical service delivery in a B2B environment
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Experience working for a SaaS-based company
  • Experience working within software/hardware product development lifecycle
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service or project management qualifications (desirable)
