Position: Service Callout EngineerCompany: KLEEMANN UK GROUPLocation: South East London, Surrey, Southampton We're seeking to expand our field operations team. We're looking for Service Engineers to join our team. Step into a key role in our UK operations and help us maintain our high standards of service and safety. Scope of the RoleAs a Service Engineer at KLEEMANN UK Group, you will be responsible for attending emergency breakdowns and restoring lift operations safely and efficiently. With three of our current engineers moving to a new project, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing service team and make an immediate impact in the field. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your designated areaDiagnose, repair, and implement immediate solutions to restore lift servicePerform minor adjustments and temporary repairs when necessaryComplete accurate service documentation and reportsCommunicate effectively with the office

team and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfactionParticipate in the out-of-hours on-call rotaMaintain your tools, equipment, and company vehicle to high standardsAdhere to health & safety regulations and company policies Basic QualificationsNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift EngineeringProven experience in lift service and emergency callout responseExcellent fault-finding and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licence (essential)Customer-focused with strong communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own scheduleFamiliarity with various lift brands and control systems (advantageous) What We OfferCompetitive salary with overtime and callout paymentsCompany vehicle, fuel card, and full set of toolsMobile phone and uniform providedPension scheme and paid holidayContinuous training and development opportunitiesA supportive, professional, and safety-focused team environment If you're a qualified lift engineer looking for your next challenge in a
