• Service Desk. Our clients include Council Workers supporting major cities, Government agencies and large UK commercial businesses., Provide over the phone technical support for incoming queries related to system, software, hardware and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Logging and managing service requests via bespoke applications.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• An understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You will have the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot within a busy environment.
