Service Delivery Specialist- Logistics and Warehousing

Location: Corby, Northants Salary: Up to £31k Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 Hybrid work rota 3 days onsite 2 remote Join Arvato as a Service Delivery Specialist! Are you passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring service excellence? Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Corby. In this role, you'll act as a key link between clients, internal warehouse teams and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery. Your tasks

• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related, logistical and operational queries which will arrise via JIRA tickets and emails. Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with operational and
support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement. Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects. Experience Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. Good analytical and reporting abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is ideally sought.
