Service Coordinator

Responsibilities Reporting to the Service Director, you will provide day to day Operational support across a range of duties:

• Liaison between Customers & Engineers - Arranging visits to client sites, report any issues / activity Log Service requirements on CRM Systems Respond to incoming enquiries from customers and delegate to the relevant person Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively, finding suitable solutions to meet their requirements and maintain customer satisfaction. Create quotations based on feedback from Engineer site visits Identify and organise relevant parts and equipment required for upcoming work and check available stock Provide Admin assistance to Field Engineering Team Ensure the system is kept up to date and fully compliant. Adhered to Policies and Procedures Skills & Experience This role would suit a confident, people person who has ideally had some previous coordination experience, but, knowledge of
  
  air conditioning, is not essential. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service and would take pride in engaging with our customers over the telephone.
